The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role, be an excellent communicator, have problem solving abilities, have excellent attention to detail and be enthusiastic.

The essential functions of this position are:

	Sales order entry and processing using industry standard ERP systems
	All aspects of customer service and dealing with customer enquiries
	Liaising and quoting customers as appropriate and involvement in lead follow up
	Supporting the sales force generally and typing call reports and letters etc
	Involvement in sales meetings and follow up actions
	General sales office tasks as required
