Rietschle Thomas has launched a new compact and versatile peristaltic pump - the SR10/30 with stepper motor. Designed for short time operation, the pump offers a wide control range and very smooth operation, particularly at low speeds. Nevertheless it is very competitively priced.
The peristaltic pump SR10/30 is a fundamental component of many analytical devices. Rietschle Thomas engineers have designed a new version driven by a stepper motor to further enhance performance in this field.
The pump features a simple but efficient construction. The extremely wide control range, from 2 to 900 rpm, is divided into four speed ranges on the circuit board for logical operation. The control board offers several additional connection options; clockwise or counter-clockwise operation, a digital speed indicator, a speed button or a potentiometer.
Through the electronics the pump can be operated from an analogue input signal from 0 to 5 volts. An integrated circuit enabling 1/8th of a step guarantees smooth running, especially at low speeds. The flow range of this very compact peristaltic pump (dimensions: 56 x 38 x 40 mm) is from 0.25 to 20 ml/min.
A typical application of this pump is dosing in the analytical field.
